Message content: follow-up on your application, interview scheduling, requests for missing documents, and orientation details.
Frequency: varies by applicant; typically fewer than 10 messages per application.
Who receives messages: drivers employed by or contracted to New Star Cargo Inc.
How consent is obtained: express written consent collected in onboarding paperwork at the time of hire.
Message content: load assignments, pickup and delivery appointments, routing changes, document requests, and safety notices.
Frequency: varies with dispatch activity; may be several messages per working day.
Who receives messages: brokers, shippers, and receivers who have provided a mobile number for shipment communication.
How consent is obtained: express consent given during carrier or customer setup, or by initiating a text conversation with us first.
Message content: pickup and delivery status, ETA updates, detention notices, and proof of delivery confirmation.
Frequency: varies by shipment; generally limited to the duration of an active load.

Text STOP to any message to opt out of that program. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages.
