Name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number
Commercial driver's license number, endorsements, and driving history, where you apply for employment
Employment history and related information required for driver qualification under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Company name, shipment details, and load information, where you engage us as a shipper or broker

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as browser type, device type, and pages viewed. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

2. How we use your information

To evaluate and process driver applications and meet driver qualification file requirements
To quote, book, dispatch, and deliver freight
To send operational updates about loads, pickups, deliveries, and scheduling
To respond to inquiries you send us
To meet legal, regulatory, insurance, and safety obligations, including those imposed by the FMCSA

3. Mobile information and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from us, we use that number only for the purposes described in our SMS Messaging Policy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of doing business with us. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only where necessary to run our business or where required by law, including with:

Service providers who act on our behalf, such as our telecommunications provider, insurance carriers, and background screening companies
Brokers, shippers, and receivers, limited to what is necessary to complete a shipment
Government agencies and regulators, where required by law or by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing and are never provided to third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep driver qualification records for the periods required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Other information is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Access and correction: contact us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to correct it.
Deletion: contact us to request deletion, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

8. Children

Our website and services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
